We’re on a mission to transform the nursing profession by creating environments that breed economic empowerment for women of color from historically excluded communities through a pathway to nursing, ensuring that resources are effectively utilized and have a meaningful impact. Our mentorship program is designed to support high school students through their journey into nursing. From junior and senior years in high school through their first two years in college, we offer guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.
